This was a fun evening. I met up with Rebecca & Paul a few weeks ago to discuss their wedding & do some pre wedding photography with them – their wedding is in a few weeks at Brighton Unitarian Church – I’m very excited to be shooting there as I’ve long admired it’s imposing white facade in New Road!
We met up in the Lanes just before sunset so we could make the most of that beautiful summery light (& catch that sexy flare I love so much!) & get some gorgeous engagement photos.
Last weekend I got to hang out in Brighton with these two awesome ladies, to discuss their upcoming wedding, have beers on the beach & get to know them a bit! They are such fun, I cannot wait for their big day in a few weeks!
A few weeks ago, Kate & Chris came down from London for the afternoon for their engagement session, to discuss their wedding & to hang around in a forest – Pretty Standard wedding photographer business then!
They’re so chilled in front of the camera & so easy to chat to, their wedding at Bury Court Barn later this year is going to be great.
During Easter break I headed along to one of my favourite spots in the city for an engagement session with the awesome Jessica, Hugh and Squid the dog. Stanmer Forest is on the outskirts of the Brighton and my own dog Thor absolutely loves it when I take him there so I knew I was in for a great day.
On a sunny Sunday morning in late May I headed off to Newlands Corner in the Surrey Hills for Jo & Tom’s engagement session.
Despite being a little bit camera shy at the start of the day, Jo & Tom were soon working their stuff like total pros!
Jo & Tom thanks for being such stars – can’t wait for your upcoming wedding at Bury Court!
Laura & James came over from Dubai a few months before their wedding for their engagement, we wandered the streets of London, we laughed we, we ate, we laughed some more – good times =)
I went to college with Jess, so when she contacted me about her & Chris’s upcoming wedding I was thrilled! – It’s always exciting to get wedding enquiries, but when you already know the people involved, it’s just so exciting on so many levels!
We met up in the Ashdown Forest to do their engagement session. Good times!
Steve & Jen’s wedding (part one! – part two to follow!) took place last November, in Brighton – it was a secret ceremony with only myself and two witnesses present – witnesses who go by the name Marilyn & Elvis…
We started off having a little engagement session fun around the Lanes of Brighton & ended up with a wedding, was a roller coaster of a day. One that I am immeasurably grateful to have been a part of!
Their wedding has been featured on RocknRollBride, so head over there for the full write up!
I met Jen & Will last year at Nic & Wills wedding (it’s a different Will. Otherwise it’d be weird.) So when they contacted me asking if I was free for their wedding in 2013, I was so excited! Knowing their friends & having seen how much fun they had at the wedding, I knew they were going to be fun to work with!
I met them for their engagement session at College Lake in Tring – we walked, we laughed, we made photos. Good Times! Bring on the main event!
A little while back, I headed up to Hertfordshire to see Harriet & Tim, for their engagement session. They are both fantastic wedding photographers. So, no pressure to make their photos kick ass. Fortunately, between the loveliness of Harriet & Tim + the relaxing effects of Lavender we got through ok…
