Last weekend I had the honour of being Leanne & James’ Wedding Photographer at the fantastic Stanmer House, in Brighton.
Leanne arrived in a Chrysler 300c…which is rapidly becoming my favourite car… Wonder if you can get them in my Orange??
Having been to Stanmer park several times a week for the past few years (its one of the places I walk my dogs!!) I’ve had a shot like this in mind for when I had a wedding there 
So great to finally have a go at it!
Stanmer House is a fantastic country house wedding venue in the middle of Stanmer Park, Brighton. Not only is it a great place, run by great staff & in a awesome location… but it is just 4 minutes drive from my house… what a bonus 
Stanmer House also has some fabulous period features like Chandeliers & wonderfully detailed ceilings!
Leanne looked great! as did hers gorgeous Flowers which were by Pollen

Leanne & James came to me as they didn’t want many posed shots, (but wanted to ensure they got some gorgeous ones – quickly, efficiently without any fuss or interruption to their day…) they also didn’t want many group shots & wanted the whole day to be captured as is, so in the end I spent less than 10 minutes with Leanne & James on their own , but we still got loads of gorgeous images! I Couldn’t resist a couple of flared portraits…
The day ran beautifully well, & was helped along by Toastmaster Brian Belton! I love it when couples hire Toastmasters & Master’s of Ceremonies – Organising a quick 80 person group shot has never gone so smoothly!!
A few cool details from the reception, I love the double mounted & framed welcome board! Very cool!
Pollen also did the funky centrepieces!
It’s been a while since I’ve had a bouquet throw! Love it
There were only a few children there, but they still managed to inject plenty of great moments!
The Band were Loaded, I’ve seen loads of wedding bands over the past few years, but these guys were seriously awesome, with lead singer Andy wandering around the reception singing to guests, & trying to get people on the dance floor!! but not only are they a great band, but they’re really nice guys too! Hope I get a few more weddings with them soon!!
The venue looks so fantastic at night You can pick any colour for the lights, but what a colour Leanne picked!! Stunning… but I have to wonder if the lights go orange…

Great set of fantastic pictures! Love the bouquet toss and reactions. Also love the shot of Leanne looking to her dad in the ceremony, great timing needed to get that – like a photographic ninja.
I guess you’ve found your wedding location, if they have orange lights! These are just gorgeous, flower photos are my favourites for a change, love that centerpiece! Niiice work!
