Worthing Dome, a beautiful 1911 Edwardian cinema, has only recently started hosting weddings so I was really excited when Denise and Stefan booked me to photograph their wedding there last month.
I love seeing what personal details and touches couples pick for their wedding and Denise and Stefan, who are both keen runners, opted to name tables after many of the half marathons and events they’ve both competed in – there were lots!
Another special touch was the vintage camper van that was used to transport Denise to the ceremony. The van actually belongs to Denise, who restored it to its former glory and now travels to festivals up and down the country in it selling an array of delicious sweets (these was also provided as wedding treats for the guests!).
After the ceremony Denise, Stefan and I zipped off to a quiet part of Worthing seafront to do some couple shots on the beach, before rejoining their guests for a delicious wedding breakfast, obligatory groom-shaming best man speech!
All in all a wonderful, relaxed wedding and a truly lovely couple. Congratulations Denise and Stefan!
