Folkington Manor is a gorgeous, privately-owned English country home located in the heart of the South Downs National Park between Lewes and Eastbourne. With its romantic history and long association with the arts, music, and dance, it offers a unique and elegant setting for your special day. The house is approached by a stunning gravel drive that leads to the main grounds which includes sweeping lawns, gardens, woods, and lakes. The main house is a grade II* listed building that has been beautifully restored by its current owners, Jacquie and Harry Brünjes.

As a dry hire venue, you have the freedom to create your dream wedding, with options for a civil ceremony in the Flint Halls, an Anglican wedding at St Peters ad Vincula, or an outdoor ceremony in the stunning grounds. The Flint Halls are a stunning, wood-paneled space that can seat up to 140 guests for a civil ceremony. The grounds can accommodate a marquee for up to 1000 guests for your reception, and the house provides a breathtaking backdrop for your wedding day. Whether you want to host a small, intimate ceremony or a larger celebration, Folkington Manor is the perfect venue for your dream wedding.

The approach to the venue, with its own Gate Lodge and gorgeous gravel drive, sets the tone for a truly special and unique day. The carefully landscaped gardens, including a neatly clipped knot garden, ornamental pond and mature wooded garden, offer an abundance of stunning photo opportunities. The option for a civil ceremony in the beautiful Flint Halls or outside in the grounds, or an Anglican wedding at the picturesque St Peters ad Vincula church, allows for a full wedding experience in one stunning location.
With a focus on bespoke events and only allowing one wedding per weekend, Folkington Manor offers an exclusive and private setting for the perfect day.
