Rebecca & Paul got married a couple of weeks ago at Brighton Unitarian Church – not a location I’d had the chance to photograph in before, but one I’ve always admired from outside (hint. there’s a good pub opposite.) It’s a beautiful, imposing, white building, which really stands out against the more modern architecture popping up in that part of Brighton.
Having met them, a few weeks before their wedding, for their pre wedding photography session, I had a fair idea of what to expect from their day & was really excited to be a part of it, but their day totally surpassed exceptions from beginning to end. They are both so very fun to be around & their guests sure knew how to have a good time!
Rosie and James got married in January in Bexhill, celebrating their wedding at the De La Warr Pavilion. With it being a 4pm ceremony, in winter – they knew they wouldn’t really be outside for a lot of the day, but as they were really keen to have light, bright and airy portraits, they chose to have their couple photos later in the year – once the weather improved.
Luki & Liam got engaged on Brighton beach , so when it came time to arrange their wedding – Brighton was the logical place to celebrate their big day! They got married at the beautiful Angel House, which is right on the seafront, a stones throw from where they got engaged & It was a perfect place for these two to tie the knot! A beautiful regency house, surrounded by their family, friends & lots of children including their daughter Luna – They made their day about fun, laughter & love.
Worthing is a great place for a wedding, I’m based just along the coast in Brighton, so I know how popular seaside weddings are and what a wonderful thing they are to document. I love nothing more than popping down to the beach with one of my lovely couples to take in the fresh sea air and get some beautiful portraits, or taking a stroll along the front to find some new and exciting backdrops to create something beautiful with.
Denise and Stefan’s beautiful Worthing Dome Wedding – Worthing Dome is a beautiful 1911 Edwardian cinema and has only recently started hosting weddings so I was really excited when Denise and Stefan booked me to photograph their wedding there last month.
