Vicky and Ryan celebrated their wedding earlier this year at Goodwood Kennels, in West Sussex.
Goodwood Estate weddings are always elegant affairs and Vicky and Ryan’s was no exception.
The Kennels are more intimate than other Goodwood wedding venues, but this intimacy made for a perfect backdrop for Vicky and Ryan’s day. They treated 11 of their nearest and dearest to an afternoon of luxury and laughter and invited us along to photograph and make a wedding film of the day.
Their wedding was the first of two weddings they had planned, with the second taking place in Dublin later in the year.
Vicky is a professional makeup artist working in TV. So, of course, she applied her makeup to perfection. She even brought in her friend Sophie, who took immense care over the hair styling duties. As you’ll see from the photos, Vicky looked absolutely incredible in her Pronovias dress and Bella Belle shoes.
Ryan looked very stylish too, of course!
“They’re amazing thanks so much! We absolutely love them…
…it’s brought back so many happy memories…
The pressure was on, as not only Ryan is a talented photographer, he’s also a highly skilled, professional photo retoucher. But they were both so welcoming and easy to work with, as were their families – it made for a joyful day to be a part of!
The weather couldn’t have been better either. It was a beautiful and the was sun shining. That, combined with the stunning gardens offered plenty of opportunities for gorgeous photographs. It was so lovely to take the stunning couple photos as the sun was setting – Vicky and Ryan were a delight to work with. They were very keen to have fun on their day too, and things ramped up once the venue let them have a go in a golf cart.
Something we had fun documenting… and trying out – for research purposes, of course.
Vicky chose Goodwood Kennels as her parents gotten married at Goodwood House. Seeing Goodwood House standing proudly in the background, no doubt meant a lot to her parents!
Thank you to Vicky & Ryan for including us in your gorgeous day!
